First I wish this "forum" put the date for the reviews. Since they don't I'll put it myself and recommend other users do the same: 11-20-08
I called about shipping and delivery. The customer service rep (man) answered my initial question which was too long. He told me about the cost to expedite engraving but not shipping. Before I could ask another question he hung up. Now I don't feel comfortable ordering from this company...
