Ripped Off a full time student and mom of 3 kids with hardly enough money now to buy milk!

I was at the college I go to and neede to call my husband to remind him that our daughter had a doctor appt and cant miss it. I went to use my cell phone, but it was dead, so I went to the payphone which is serviced by NCIC (Network Communication International Corporation). I had no money on me and there was no ATM close by to get change.
I decided to use my card in the phone because it claimed to cost 50 cents for like 2 minutes. I talked for less than that. I got home and realied I had no milk for our daughter, so I went up stairs to balance my checkbook real quick to see if the transaction for the call had gone through and to see if I had enough money for milk... I was charged $20.00 for tat f*g phone call!!! Now I have no money to get milk! What do I do now! I have no family or friends up here and my husband is on unemployment and gets barely enough to cover rent and bills! It is July 4th and now have no money to buy the kids fireworks or anything! This company reall did a number on my household! I hope they get slammed with a huge a* lawsuit! I will be in contact with my lawyer soon! I will get my money!!
