Scheming Underhanded Conman!

I worked for Sussman Studios for about six months.in that time I encountered alot of downright schisty shit. I was told to do things that I knew wern't illegal but wern't exactly stand up either. Like tell customers that they will get their prepaid for pictures in days, when in actuallity he would take their money and cash their checks and only order the pictures after the customer has called and complained more the a few times. I also witnessed him fire people for asking about discrepencies in their pay. He would have sales reps working all day and they would take home maybe 10 to 20 dollars. Every week the policy on commission payouts would change so that he would have a reason to short people on their checks. I have personally seen him run a credit card with out permission more than once. I also found out that though it is his company all of the legal paperwork is in his commonlaw wifes name... Because he is on Felony Federal Probation for EMBEZZLEMENT! IF David Sussman or Ruby Sussman try to sale you pictures you will have to fight to get them. They will charge you credit card more then once and without your consent. Do not work for them. I was lucky because i went to work one day (pay day) and at the end of that day when I asked Ruby for my check, she cursed me out and told me that she should fire me cause i was rude. When I called David to tell him what happend and to ask him about my money, he told me that she said that because they didn't have enough money in the bank to pay my salary and she thought that if I quit She wouldn't have to pay me for another two weeks! When I finally did get paid the check bounced and I had to go to his house to get my money. Later that mounth I got a letter from the courts stating that " Your employer has not been paying the garnishments". Yet the money was being taken out of my checks. So I made another trip to his house to get reimbersed for that money. I was seriously thinking about calling his probation officer and telling him what was going on. Not to make this long story longer but his wife does a lot of traveling with sales reps out of state and she will leave you in another state with no way home if she gets upset at you! I have seen it done!
