Hurley Auctions is very hard to deal with when it comes to cooerating with other realtors. They do not split comissions, do not fax documents in time to meet their 48 hour deadline.

They honestly do a very bad job at representing their client. Do not look out for their clients best interest. And they are greedy.

Very hard to get along with * they have 1 intention in mind - lining the pockets of the hurley family as opposed to getting their buyers top dollar for their property. My client drove 4 hours away to bid on a property and Hurley auctions would not split any comission because their office did not get us the paperwork in time. Very bad business practice for such a small town company.

2 houses my clients were prepared to buy wouldve gotten the seller more money into their pocket but because of Hurleys bad business practices we left without even showing our cash deposit... I wouldnt want to be the seller and then find out that Hurley Auctions denied the true high bidder because they didnt want to split any of their 6% listing fee that they charge...

There are other auction companies out there to deal with — dont get scammed by Hurley Auctions in Greencastle PA and Hagerstown MD
