Disrupted our processing for $200 sales - WE HAD TO CANCEL THEM AS A RESULT

BEWARE of enlisting this company as your Credit Card Processer because if you have any sales that are above $40-50 dollars, you will go through a long song and dance to get the sales completed. That will include Faxing them all sorts of documents that will end up embarassing you and your customer, whom BankCard will try to contact.in the end you will be so disgusted that you will cancel their services and file a report against them.

Our people went to visit their offices and they operate out of a warehouse setting with practically no furniture, which explains their cheap demeanor.
