Unauthorized additional charge to my credit card and over charged on verbal storage quote

I should have known better than to use this company after they raised the price at the last minute from the verbal quote. I had a quote from another company and was ready to use them but I tried to do a friend of a friend a favor and it bit me instead.initially the estimator said they would match my previous quote but when they brought the contract to be signed it was $300 higher. They said it was because I had so much to pack and the other company didn't take some things into consideration (hmmm but they knew what I had when they agreed to match the other quote. Do you smell what I smell?). I went with it because it was already too late to go back to the other company due to time constraints, I was closing on my house in a couple days and had to be out.
Moving day went pretty well. The loaders were friendly and seemed to do a good job. I packed allot of small stuff the night before, and on moving day, that I was supposed to get a little refund on... NOT! (that smell is back again!)

Delivery day was interesting. I helped the movers unload allot of the boxed stuff but they did the furniture. They damaged my computer desk when they disassembled it because they apparently don't know what cam locks are and they knocked a couple of the adjustable feet off of one file cabinet. Being a nice guy and hating the hassle I never filed a claim on these so at this time it's just my word, just wanted to be clear on that. I haven't unpacked allot of things and don't know the condition of ALLOT of delicate things or if anything is missing. My current residence is only temporary so it didn't make sense to unpack and repack within a year.

OK, now here's the good part. My 65" projection TV was assumed to be too big to get it into the condo where I moved so I called Beattie's and asked them how much to store it at their place, yet another verbal quote but I had no choice at this time (can you feel what's coming?). They told me $25/month and I agreed. Mind you that the TV never came off the truck here and they just took it back and dropped it off in the vault. When the storage bill arrives the cost is $30/month, not $25 as verbally quoted (are you seeing a pattern here?) and a $30 handling fee to take it off the truck which they didn't have to do here! So, now they stuck me for another $35! Wasn't the other $300 enough? THEN, when my credit card statement comes there is an additional $150 charge a few days after the original moving charge was billed! Zero communication, no reason given as to why or what for and totally without authorization. I didn't bother calling them on this unauthorized charge because Mr. Beattie would not return my call when I tried to ask about the screwing that I got on the storage of my TV so I didn't waste my time with them anymore.

I had a friend go get my TV so I wouldn't have to pay them another penny for the rip-off storage and I am currently disputing the $150 additional charge with the credit card company.By the way, I did a Google search and seen where someone was told the shipping boxes were free but got charged for them (say one thing and do another? Beattie's? Really?)
