Based on what I can tell in regards to this company, you are on your own if you receive the wrong item - or never receive it at all.

I made a purchase from this company and received the wrong item. Although they acknowledged the mistake, beyond that they refuse to respond to e-mails. If you are one of the unfortunate people that do not receive the item that you paid for, your only recourse will be to take it up with your credit card company.
