This is a scam

I did not sign up for there service but $19.95 came from my account without my consent. They got my information from Classmates.com and I did order their service but not privacy matters. They will not refund 4 months of fees and when I called the second time I was hung up on by one of their mangers. I have filed a complaint with th BBB. These guys need to be put out of business.
