We paid for a product that we never got!

I have a property management company and after a year of thinking I was getting and paying for a Hotcheck product, which tells me of tenants that write bad checks, I found out I was never getting the info. The thing that made it worse is that the company knew it and never told me. Very dishonest people and the company to know they were not providing a service but still charging for it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
