Bait and switch lowball bid to astronomical final bill

Classic bait and switch technique, they have an online inventory sheet to give you a quote and it seems legitamite. However, after all the items are loaded, they hit you with the real bill. Original quote 1563, final quote when all merchandise on truck 3800,500 charge for boxes, which we had to fight to get removed after the quote stated" full service move" and an email from Customer rep stating only change in price will be extra items. We had undersetimated boxes, so apparantly, 70 extra medium size boxes doulbes the cubic space of a two bedroom house.

The customer rep handling your move has no contact with you, won't return calls or emails after they secure the first payment, this is because they do not want to own up to the agreements made via phone.

Movers put holes in wall and did not report, had to find holes and call company to get holes fixed, which they did. Promised a delivery date, then hid under "we have a standard contract, 14 days after pick up" NO ETHICS WITH THE ENTIRE STAFF.

Would not provide supervisor names or contact numbers, held furniture hostage, would not inform as to whether contract was binding or non binding Truck not loaded tightly, so paid for air cubic space. Told us not to call them, they would call us when they were going to deliver, could not provide even an estimate of time of delivery after securing business, real scam artists.
Move from NJ to Florida, 70 year old parents sleeping on floor for a week and a half due to the dishonesty and misinformation from sales lady, Mary. Should be a crime.
