Ripoff - I just looked at the website and got charged $139!

About a year ago I was on the web looking around. I found something about a $25 gift card from K-mart on the Simple Escapes web site and the next day there was a charge on my bank card for a $139.

I tried to fight it with the bank and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I ate the lost. I never received the gift card and there was nothing I could do with the membership. I got online to cancel the membership on 5-16-03 so I wouldn't get charged again and found this site. I really hope that you can help me. I hope it is not too late.
