I'd believe that's exactly the same fraud which was operating this past year where they deliver money orders from Wal Mart or even the postoffice. All accumulated to about $5,000.00 per shipping. The very first time I visited Wal Mart and requested them when the money orders were genuine. They got one appear and named law enforcement to speak with me. There is nothing I really could be billed with so that they explained that which was wrong using the money orders.

The following 3 times these were postal money orders and all phony.
