Stupid scammer website

Ok and so I believe alertpay is just a truly silly method to purchase material online. The right path better off using paypal. After I created a merchant account on alertpay. I added my creditcard. "PrePaid" so when I did so that, it confirmed that my charge card was handicapped. I didnt understand why becuz I take advantage of my charge card with paypal, ebay and all them enjoyable websites also it performs perfectly good with thme. But with alertpay theres an issue. And so I approached them about that saying why u men handicapped me charge card. Got no response back whatsoever. And so I sent them again but still no response. Therefore everytime i continue Alertpay site. It goes offline and that I cannot access it there site anymore. Im guessing they got my ip and blocked me for no cause regarding i requested them afew issue onto it. Which means this is just why I believe alertpay is just a truly silly site to pay for with.
