I was promised a month of free service by billing when I switched from basic service to 'high speed' as a trial. I had not been at all happy with the basic dial up service.

Billing, never gave me the free month and then billed me again the following month.

When I contacted 'Customer Service' (reply from a Tracy), the free month was not coming, only a rating for their service questionaire, which I filed. Further inquires have gone unansewerd. I let Tracy know that she needs to cancel my service at the end of this paid month. No response. I recieved another bill for next month from Billing. Advised that billing my cc again would result in fraud charges. No response from 'customer service Tracy'.

Stay way from this company!!! They are also the same company as Copper.net. Do not do business with them.
