They took the money but they did not deliver the service

By 24th of April I applied online for an evaluation service to my wife university degree using Education Consultants & Evaluators International Company (ECE international company, 610 8th St SE, Naples, Florida 34117 USA). Since this company is a BBB registered I preferred to go with their services believing that they will deliver a good service.By 24th of April they charged my credit card for that service which is 135 $. As of today 10th of June they did not deliver the document. I contacted them several times using all available contact channels and left several massages for them but they are not responding in any way. They are saying they sent the document but they are blaming the mailing services for the delay. I asked them if they are not able to send the document you should return my money back. At this point neither they are delivering the documents nor they are welling to return my money back. I am looking forward to helping me with this company by getting my money back. I am in no need for their service anymore my wife has a deadline for university admission and we need the document soon and we actually do not trust this company anymore.
