He will also earn your business with a lowball offer but once you have awarded the contract is when one's nightmare would begin. Delaying work, not showing up on job site, shabby work that needs fixed within a week of completion, Buying excessive material and returning it to Lowe's of Forest City where his girlfriend works and gets him the credit are just the beginning of a major list of complaints.
