John Ditmar contacted us stating he has a tradeline program. He arranged for us to pay Harper and Company via Paypal to the email address hanoverlive@aol.com
Thirty days passed and nothing, no results. After several weeks of trying to get them to refund our money it became clear that this was just another ripoff and deserves to be highlighted on this site in the hopes that future victims do not fall into the clutches of these thieves.
