Some evil clown from this company called me about a past due tax due to the State of Massachusetts. As I live out of state and am unemployed now, I was only able to pay a small amount to the state. The entire debt is now ONLY about $200.00. The clown was absolutely rude and cocky. I hope elderly people sue these bastards through AARP. The punkish employee at this company must really shake up poor debtors in violation of the Federal Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act.

I can't believe that the Dept. Of Revenue uses a rude person like this a* clown. I am unemployed and simply made arrrangements to pay $200 in past due taxes to the State directly. The state tax collectors were very nice and will work with you to resolve any problem.in fact, the state worker I spoke to was not surprised that the people at CCA were rude.

Let's face it. The economy is collapsing and millions are in a tough spot. A little courtesy goes a long way. NO ONE deserves to be treated rudely by some punk, because the debtor is in financial dire straights.

I am happy that this sociopathic collection agency will not get a dime from the state on this one. Always go around this evil collection agency and talk to the nice state employees to negotiate a reasonable settlement, no matter your circumstances. Do not stress out about the punkish dweebs at this Los Costra Nostra-styled bagman business.
