Sent me a broken bottle of frozen vanilla and would not refund my money

Global Goods sent me a frozen and broken bottle of Mexican Vanilla in December. Their shipping label doesn't include an address or phone number so I had to track it down. I finally found a number and called them. They said they had lots of customers who received frozen vanilla and they would refund my money. I still don't have my $32.57 6 months later. I located their email and emailed them, but of course no response.
