Public people finder.com poses as an online people search/people finder / background check company.
Once I made my selection on one of the different search options offered, I paid by credit card, received an e-mail that I would be receiving the results shortly. That was the last I ever heard from them.

All attempts to contact them, by various e-mails to their support and help desk e-mails bounced back. The phone numbers do not work. My credit card was charged the same day. That was 3 weeks ago.
I became suspicious and searched the internet, just to find out that they are a scam and fraudulent company.
