Silver CIrcle Dist. Is kirby Vacuum Cleaners sales. They bring you in telling you that you are are on a guarennteed Salary andyou are getting paid to advertise and demostarte there equipment NOT! When you go through the training program they are really trying to get you to sell to your family and friends, not to mention get referrals from your friends and families as well. They say you are on garenteed 15 shows a week and on a base salary of biweekley 30 show $950 you are never and I repeat never get 15 shows a week. If you dont get any shows from the office guess what you are door to door. If you do not do the presetted shows you are able to be in a van program which is the door to door program. They tell you paid vacations yeah right 15 sales a month for contest period. Listen I was with the company for over two years and I right now got screwed royally, they are being investagated by the dept of labor. And the two years I have been there no one hass every every got a guarennted paycheck. They pays you on sales. And that Large Sign on Bonus of a $1000 yeah right. You Need to do 60 demos for the month, and the two years Ive been there never seen that either. Oh by the way world Distributors ONLY PAY $400 for these machince from the factory in CLevland Ohio.
