Retreived my info and stole money from my bank account. Orange County California

I receives a charge on my bank account that I did not approve. I called the number several times only to get this mark guys answering machine. He's never answered or called back. I really don't appreciate being stolen from. I beleive anyone who does that sort of thing should be categorized with the Kenneth Lay type and get his share of a jail cell.
