Ripoff Fraud company don't deliver fraudulent ripoff business

On the 12/07 I visited http://wholesalecentral.com/marsha0001/store. Cfm and I asked for a quotation for 50 Ralph lauren dress shirts listed on the site. The company gave me a cost and freught amount: US$ 751.85 that I paid via paypal (I filled a complaint with paypal and after investigation they determine that the seller is at fault, but they were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account).

Until this day 05/11 I still did not receive what I paid for. I asked for a refund and they did not want. They told me that the package is lost. As I paid for an insurance I asked them to fill a complaint but they never did itand they ignore my e mails.

So I think that they send nothing and they are fraud company.
