I ordered a "new" 17 disc complete series set of "Hart to Hart" for $69.95 (79.06 w/shipping) from www.planetdvdstore.com. I received a 24 disc set from various cable channels such as Hallmark, Fox, etc. Sent from BeiJing, China. After 15-20 minutes of watching them the sound and picture deteriorates and is unwatchable. I have attempted to contact the place numerous time, but have not received a response. I filed a complaint with the International BBB and the USA Federal Government regarding fraud. The BBB claims they cannot do anything about the problem and I am still waiting for a response from the fraud department. Do not deal with these scam artists.
