Good Lock Locksmith
We too were ripped off! Time and money! Do not call 411 if you are locked out. This company is a rip-off!

What a nightmare, 4 hours later after many phone calls and heated discussions we got in. After waiting for 3 hours the locksmith finally arrived, it took him 40 minutes to break into my lock, drilled it! We could not cancel the transaction, they were rude and liars!

Basically they dispatched a locksmith from Tampa, we are in Palmetto, a good 45 minutes away. We called back after the tech called to say he was on his way to ask to stop the transaction so we would find a closer company. Well no way that was going to happen, they keep the $45 deposit if you cancel. 2 1/2 hours later the guy finally shows up after many calls to him and the dispatcher. He told us it would be $95 dollars additional to pick the lock or drill it. Said no way keep my $45 we are done. He called the company said they would do it for $100 including the $45 deposit. We said okay. What a mistake. Forty minutes later the guy finally gets in. WOW - shouldn't take a good locksmith 5 or 10 minutes if that to break into a home?
