Is a ripoff

I signed up for phone service with dpi teleconnect at a rental center in my Raleigh. The rental center employee was unable to give me any information on the services that they provided until he entered the data onto an online form. Once the online information was entered and I paid the connection fee, I found out that it would take 7-10 days to connect. I changed my mind at this point only to find out that it could not be cancelled and I they could not refund my $42.30. I called the 800 number 1 hour later and spoke with a rude obnoxious representative that told me I could recieve a refund minus a $15.00 non refundable fee (which was NOT disclosed to me when I paid the connection fee). After I gave my opinion as to why I should not be charged a fee and that I would like to speak with a supervisor, she hung up on me. I called back 2 more times and spoke to different representatives and they all gave me thesame story. This exchange took place on 4/21.

I have called 3 times checking on the status of my refund only to find out that it had not been processed and that it would take 7-10 days.

They are a total ripoff. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
