They took my money but i never signed a contct, they will not refund my money

Following a conversation with Raymond Perez of this company, I agreed to examine a contract they were prepared to offer me.in order for this to happen he required that I give them a credit card number to apply the sales price against for the services offered. I objected to this but was told that I had 3 days to cancell any charges if not satisfied with the contract. I informed Raymond that I was not at my permanent address and that the mail would have to make 2 international trips and be forwarded to me. He agreed that I could email and speak to him and let him know that the contract was in my hand and that the 3 days would start at that point. THis was done, the contract was unstisfactory to my family and was mailed back within the grace period and marked DECLINED.

My credit card statement shows that a transaction took place on the day that the contract was dated and not 3 days later. This money has been taken from me unlawfully and I am working to get it back. Conversation with a Paul Hayes of this company on 5/28/09 said that they had no way of reimbursing me and that there were no provisions in the company for doing so. My only path forward was to sign and agree to a contract and they would market my property. I encourage any prospective buyers to be very aware of the unethical methods this company employs
