The Arbors Of Denton, Campus Apartments Arbors of Denton: Overprised, MakeUp Fees with Little or No Support, Manager Lets the Leasing Agents Run Rampant

I have lived here for 2 years and have had many many problems with The Arbors...

1. The agent in charge of billing and rent is rude, hangs up on you when she gets frustrated, and charges multiple fines and fees, and then is unable to explain why she has charged them.
2. If you decide to move out early and re-let the apartment, they do not allow you to find a new tenant yourself, even though in the lease, it clearly states that you are allowed to do such, and your fee will be $200 cheaper.
3. The manager will not listen to any complaints made, and backs up her employees no matter what proof you have against the charges and fees they've applied.
4. The hours that the office is open change frequently, so you may show up to pay rent and they're closed. You will be charged late fees.
5. The utility bill gets sent directly to the office, and you are required to pay any overages when they receive it. They never know, nor will they ever tell you what date the bill will arrive on. You are charged late fees.in order to avoid this, I check in twice a week to see if it's arrived yet.
6. It is WAY overpriced for what you get, and what else is availble in Denton.

Avoid The Arbors at all possible costs. It may seem tempting, but trust me, you'll spend $2000 over the course of the year in extra fees and charges that just magically happen.
