Joe Palacios NWINFOSYS.com Never paid me for services I offered (in particular tutoring for statistics)

Mr Joe Palacios contacted me to help him prepare for an exam in a distant learning class. I had done some work for him in the past so I trusted him when he asked me to do some work for him from distance and he would send me the money. He did not provide much information on the work he wanted. I performed review and background reading for his statistics class as well as double checking my work and completing an exam that was actually pretty long with several parts in each question. I spend 2.5 days of about 12.5 total that I was never paid for. He claims i never provided him with a time estimate. Well in answer to this he never asked me how long I need to do it and he never provided me with any material so I had to go find what chapters every question covers etc. He therefore assumed with no information or data provided I could do a very cheap exam for him with 13 or more questions in like 2 hours!

We agreed he pays me for only $100.00 since this is how much he could afford and he did not pay me that either. I told him originally i charge $30.00 an hour and this is how much I would like to be paid and he had agreed to this. I also spend considerable time asking him about the money which was a waste of my time. I regularly offer consulting services and wasting my time is like losing money. I would like to be paid for at least 13 hours multipled my $30.00 at this point by this "gentleman". I would appreciate any help on this. I have email correspondence to back the above
