I wanted to remodify my loan. I paid $1590.00 and they did nothing. I cannot reach anybody

I started working with them january 15th. I paid $1590 fee (in money order payable to home relief services, llc) to help me remodify my loan. After they took the money, they refuse to talk to me. My main contact person heath ramsey did not return my personal information to include my paystubs, and my home documents (some were original copies). I tried calling several times but no one has helped me. Please help me get my information and money back. Heath ramsey gave me 619-647-5087 but he does not pick up his line.
