Were going to purchase and ship a puppy to us. Total scam

A lady emailed me as I was searching for lab puppies saying she was from my area but had just recently moved to Kansas for a Wildlife refuge mission and would have to ship the puppies to us in order for us to get them because she was out of town. She emailed me several times, not sounding like she spoke perfect english and said that we would get the dog at no cost, only to pay shipping. We gave her our address and phone number for the delivery company for the puppy to be shipped, and they called us saying that they sent us an email on how to wire money to Donald Bau from Camaroon... Who was there director of the dilvery company, who happened to be out of town at the time... And we would have to wire money through Western Union to his name before we got the puppy. They almost got us until I looked online and there was a report scam like this one out there.
