I dont know if these guys are just really lazy or crooks. They finished my website and did a good job. I gave them a down payment to finish a software functionality on my website ($325). It was supposed to be ready in two weeks. Its now three months later and nothing. Every excuse in the book: 1) Kids sick 2) Mom died 3) Wife fell down the stairs & 4) Flu. They hadn't responded to my attempts to contact them for weeks. I had to call from a friends cell phone who had a california area code in order to get them to pick up and of course when they did - "we just got in from the airport." What a coincidence.

Anyway I initiated a charge back and my bank refunded my money so no big deal but im very disappointed because at first it seemed they would be great to work with. They did do a good job on the original website site. Although there are a few minor issues id like to have fixed. If you want to see more experiences like my own go to fraudreport.com.
