Nationwide Marketing Solutions
Nationwide Marketing Solutions Scam... Beware

Shops, Products, Services

We were contacted by Global Timeshare a couple of years ago. They were interested in listing and selling our Timeshare for us. After a few phone calls we agreed to list with them. They required a deposit of $899 to check the title and all that stuff. We had never been contacted by anyone before about this so we talked about it and decided to do it. Dumbest thing we have ever done.

So we mark that one off and count our losses. These last few days we have received several phone calls. All of them have different names on the caller ID. But the one thing they had in common was the 561 area code. We reluctantly answered the phone (the name on the caller ID was 'Jason Mitt' and the number was 561-503-8535) and this man starts to ask me questions concerning the Global Timeshare company that scammed us. He states that his company Nationwide Marketing Solutions had found our timeshare listing on the internet. And tells me the Global Timeshare company has been black flagged and has been found fraudulent in several instances. And states that they can refund our $899 that we lost with the first company.

He tells me to hold on and he will forward me to the "financing division". A man by the name "Trimaine Lheour" states in order for us to receive the full $899 lost by Global Timeshare we first have to be represented by their company Nationwide Marketing Solutions. To be represented by them we would need to put a $896 "deposit", that was only good for ten days he says, to cover their costs on the deed, title and so forth. He reassured me the money would be reimbursed after 10 days.

I began to ask questions about the deposit, and why the phone numbers never say their company name. He says they must have called me on their "personal business cell phone". I finally told him we were not going to do any business with them and to never call my number again. Before I could finish he hung up on me. Imagine that. I immediately called the same number back and of course no answer. I then called the customer service number (561-432-6200) and got the answering machine. I left a message stating I had been talking to "Trimaine" and was wondering why he hung up on me. And told them I would be turning all of this information over to our District Attorney's office and they would be getting in contact with them.

After 5 minutes or so I strangely received a phone call from the same number I tried to call earlier but got no answer. He was a being a jerk, acting like he wasn't scared of anyone. And as I was telling him again about reporting him and this company he hangs up on me again!

I don't know how these people can stand themselves. Let alone sleep at night. Something needs to be done to these crooks to keep them from scamming anybody else.

Hope this helps somebody out there.
