Ripoff customer service not reachable to make payment victimized many consumers

TXU think again, by one trying to reach this monopolistic utilities provider only frustration can set in, my mother is a 74 year old widow who does not believe a reputable corporation can ripoff anyone. Until now!

Their telephone system is a joke and for the last five days, I have called their main frame number for this metro area (214-741-3750) and a busy signal comes up. As a result of not being able to communicate with the company to pay this bill before termination date to avoid disconnection, my mother service was discontinue.

Furthermore now a $65.00 dollar deposit is required, I will review the account history to check disparities. If Senior Citizens are abused by companies like TXU and their arrogant way of dealing with the public, only one can hope sites like this, to be the voice of those opressed by greed.
