Unauthorized charges

I simply discovered a cost on my charge card that used to donot understand. I then "googled" the title EZSVER and discovered the bond to PROFLOWERS. I then looked over my claims in the last year and unearthed that I'd requested Mom's Day flowers in-May '08. Subsequently in July my declaration experienced a charge of $1.95 for EZSVER, in addition to the PROFLOWERS cost. Each following declaration, including July '09, has already established a cost of $14.95 for EZSVER. This can be a deceptive, unauthorized fee. I actually donot actually understand the corporation or how these were ready to gain access to my account info. I merely requested plants online for Mom's Evening.

I'll be seeking this problem and need a complete refund. I also don't intend on utilizing PROFLOWERS again and certainly will alert family and friends about that fraud.
