Scam

I'd prefer to document a study from the above-named organization that provides exceptionally poor company methods, and certainly will not return my cash for providers never made.

The organization name is, “J.S. Paluch Company, Inc”, a company that does adverting for companies, primarily church documents. I've outlined all necessary data below.

The individual that I was first in touch with was, Katie Unbehauen. I've the paperwork to aid all statements. I first talked to ms. Unbehauen on January 2, concerning operating an advertisement within the “LOPH” church document.

After repeated telephone calls by Ms. Unbehauen, (Several that we have on my answering device for you personally), I eventually informed Ms. Unbehauen that I believed her cost of $9 per week after an $80 deposit was a lot of. I own an appliance repair company. I informed her I had been not involved.

On January 8-9, Ms. Unbehauen named and decreased the total amount to $7 per week. (Again I've both agreements).

After talking to her, I decided to these conditions. I delivered a look for $80 on January 10. Ms. Unbehauen mentioned that it'd get 2-3 months for my advertisement hitting the church message.

On January 28, I named Ms. Unbehauen to ask why my advertisement wasn’t within the document however, and-or why she hadn’t cashed my check. She mentioned that she did actually obtain my check up on or around Jan 14th, but hasn’t delivered it in by however, which she'd achieve this.

After I didn't notice my advertisement by the March 5 chapel document week, I named the JS Paluch organization plus they mentioned they had only acquired my check, and my advertisement could be within the last week of Feb.

It was inappropriate to me. This makes an overall total of 7 months since I have talked to Ms. Unbehauen about my advertisement, and that I no further respected the corporation, or desired to conduct business together.

I asked to get a reimbursement on February 5.

By today, February 12, they're currently declaring that it might occupy to 14 days for my check to be delivered to me.

This Can Be A whole of more than 2 weeks that my cash is likely to be tangled up with this particular organization.

I'll continue to create to every information website, information store, along with other chapel and customer information resources to alert them about using the services of the corporation.
