Poor service

I positioned and purchase on 123DJ.com on Feb 3. It's today Feb 14 and that I haven't received a delivery confirmation or something. They got my cash but wont return my emails! I've approached them by telephone plus they simply keep providing me the run-around. They inform me the purchase is likely to be prepared tomorrow and that I may receive a following range within 24 hours. It has been 4 times since that time. Luckily I stay about 2 1-2 hours from Detroit so easily do not receive my product from the weekend I'll be going along there to obtain the item that I requested and provide Mr. Neil a bit of my brain. He'll be paying me for my period likewise.
