I bought a phone from bellsouth and put it on installment payments. The phone was not even as good as the ones you can get at Wal - Mart.

First they sent me new batteries, because the ones that came with it were recalled. Now the phone does not allow me to dail out or answer calls when the phone rings. Oh, i can not get to my voicemail either!!!

They told me that all they can do is send me a new one, because it has been longer than 30 days since i purchase it. Believe me, I do not want a new one.
