This online auction company allows items to be listed that it knows are misrepresented and fraudulent. I have repeatedly tried to lodge a complaint with the only result being that I have been banned from their website. As I tried to explain to them, by knowingly listing fraudulent merchandise they are as guilty as those who post these items. There are literally thousands of items that are not as listed by the sellers.in addition, when you are scammed by one of their sellers, there is no recourse other than the whim of the seller. If he/she chooses to respond to your complaint, you are among the fortunate ones, because the company will do nothing apart from try to silence you.
