Beware. I purchased at a cost of $249 Initially there was good e-mail communication, but when it actually came to the date of the supposed casting there was never any response. They had e-mailed me prior stating that they would send me a confirmation and a video link to the video of the casting online (which is a feature the promise on their website) however after they got my money all bets were off and no communication. I tried e-mailing them several times and they do not respond. Have just filed complaint with the BBB — it is also interesting to note that on their website they state that they moved to Califorinia after Katrina, however if you do a search on the owner of tthe registration for the domain name it is registered in NY. Their site also says that there is a 1 yr. Money back guarentee — big laugh, it is easy to offer a guarantee that no one can ask because they can not get a hold of you — huge scam, I know I should have known better but I do now — it is just to bad for anyone tring to offer legitimate services because I will never try to do something like this online again.
