I requested shampoos, conditioners and supplements out of this organization totaling to $84.80. I then proceeded to pay for $28.40 for OVERNIGHT delivery and handling. 24 hours later after I didn't obtain my shipping I dialed the amount of the organization to which a girl called Bonnie acquired the telephone proceeded to confirm the purchase after which hung-up the telephone on me. After I called back about 10 additional time no body responded the telephones. 24 hours later I however hadn’t obtained the purchase and called once more. I eventually got a guy called Steve who stated that he'd approach a reimbursement for that delivery and handling since I'd not gotten my purchase. Then he stated a girl called Lauren would need to approach the ultimate credit and also to abandon a note on her behalf telephone to check out-up. I did so that 30 DAYS before. I still haven't gotten any credit. I named Lauren again and quit a note on her behalf telephone and he or she didn’t contact me back. I really simply named nowadays and also the customer support woman acquired the telephone explained to please store and held me on-hold for more than 30 units and not returned. (She did this TWICE)
