I bought all new stainless steel appliances for the kitchen and a new washer and dryer from the wholesale Conn's in Houston. The crook contractor gave them the wrong size on my new double oven and they promised to replace it with the correct size. Nine months later it is still sitting uninstalled in my kitchen because Phillip the manager at Conn's said they cannot promise anything they are wholesale. However, Alex his salesman said he would replace it. I also purchased a glass cooktop and paid for it and nine months later they still have not delivered it. They said they didn't have one in stock but would call me when one came in. Do not buy from this company. I heard on the news last night they got kicked out of the BBB and I can see why now. There wholesale runs like a fly by night, making false claims and not delivering. I have been without an oven or cook top for nine months because of Conn's.
