Fraudulently charged me Texas

Match.com fraudulently charged me 34.99 when i have never had an account, nor do I ever need one. When i called they told me the account was blocked. Did i mention when this happened i was in the middle of a world history final. That being said, if my credit card number was in fact stolen, why would the person only sign up for match.com? Seems fishy to me. They told me the charges would be reversed, but we will see. My credit card company claims i need to send a letter in writing, phone or online disputes are not options.
