Charges made on credit card after product return and co was contacted

I also go the trial offer. Shipping and handling $3.95 on the credit card deal. After my entire face broke out I called them got the return merchandise number and sent it all back. Well, i just looked at my charge card statement and on 4/17/09 they charged me in excess of $100 for the product and i have yet to see a product and the charge is still on my charge card. Does not look like it will be removed. Don't fall for this scam...
