MCS = Mortgage Contracting Services They are dirty liars! Tony Diaz, Elspeth Spranzy

We did a lot of work for MCS. I mean a lot of work. We never had a problem with them while doing the jobs. They were all too happy to get the job done to impress their clients. Even if it meant to change the locks on a house that was clearly occupied.

I had a really ugly divorce. My now ex-wife vindictively wrote MCS and canceled our contract. Because of that, we were forced to wait 90 days for the final check which was serveral thousand dollars. Now that the 90 days expired, they (Elspeth) is now claiming that there is yet another delay for whatever reason.

Tony Diaz signed another contract with me and turned around didn't honor it stating that it was a mistake. She violated her own contract and for this I now have a lawyer filing on them.

They need people there who do not lie. Not these two who lie, and are extremely unprofessional. So, lets see how they like it when I send to the: Lakeland State Attorney, News Station, Police Department and The Attorney General a list of contractors who are working as a contractor for them and all of these people (all family) have criminal records. And lets see what turns up when I ask them to conduct a search of these peoples property and find stolen items from these homes that they do an initial secure on.

You should have just released the check Elspeth! Tony Diaz, you shouldn't have lied!!!
