Efforts to get a Bosch AquaStar Tankless Hot Water Heater Guide brought me to www.boschappliances.com. There is no record for Warm Water Heaters. An email to Contact Us' delivered the telephone number 800-944-2904, which-when approached wasn't the best division and was handed #800-692-6724, then # 866-442-6724, after which # 800-642-3199, where I had been directed to go to www.boschhotwater.com... Which Ie was not able to entry. Discuss consumer/customer unfriendly. A complete run around. I will not be purchasing Bosch again.
