Charged My Credit Card and NEVER Received Merchandise! Guangzhou China

I don't know how long these people have been in business doing this, but they definitely have RIPPED ME OFF!!!

They unlawfully charged my credit card TWICE for an item that I not only NEVER received, but NEVER did I also receive a tracking number or ANY type or confirmation on my order!

I have called and called; I have sent emailsl; finally discouraged I had to CANCEL my credit card and have a new one issued! This is very disheartening as I was seriously looking forward to this Ed Hardy Watch.

So far it has been over three weeks to the date and I have heard nothing from this company except my increasing awareness of other customers being ripped off by this company!
