We hired him to do hard scape in our backyard. He took 20% up front and never showed up. He didn't complete any of the work. Every time we talked to him he was full of excuses. He promised to complete the job in 1 month and didn't even complete 1% of the work. He hired someone to do some work and he never even paid the guy. The guy came back to my house asking for him because he never got paid. The guy that works for him named Dan said he only worked with him twice before and he doesn't seem honest. The kid Dan said he never received a payment or seen Gill finish any work.
