They dont have any listing that are real! They create listing to generate calls

They create listing they know people are interested in and have no information about them they businesses are overpriced and they require financial info be given when they disclose. Then they pass you off on one of their overpriced listing that are not worth a dam. Theses guy are major crooks dont do business with them as they do not come through..

They want all sorts of information from yo ubefore they give you anything whcih tells me they dont have hte listing and are piggybackin on someone elses. They blame it on the seller which is a lie i fianlly got a hold of the seller and he claimed that sunbelt actually ruined the reputation of his business by doign what they did.

These guys are worhtless i would not disclose anything to these guys they havent a clue about buying and selling real businesses...
