Lakeisha charged for services not rendered and threatened me with prosecution and collection

I was sent A letter from Lakeisha around Nov. Of 2008. The letter contained all kind of claims (she actually guaranteed theses claims) about how drastically my life is going to change for the better but that with out Lakeisha's help and her report I would not be able to take advantage of these miraculous claims and her supposed miraculous abilities. Since I am very skeptical and a non believer in such scams and very tired of receiving unsolicited letters like this I decided to respond. I wrote back to Lakeisha and stated that if and only if her predictions came true and my life changed as she guaranteed it would then I would be more than happy to send her the money for the report and even offered 10% of the incredible amount of money she guaranteed would come my way. I never requested the report.

Well as I suspected nothing happened in the time frame she predicted and still hasn't. I then started receiving past due notices from Eso World and threats to turn over my account to collection for prosecution. 1) I never opened an account with these people, 2) I never received a report, I have since received seval of these threating letters and threats of prosecution which i ignored. I tried to call the company but cannot find a phone number. My stance is this... I will not pay for something that i have not asked for nor received and if Eso World damages my credit in any way I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
